Booking & Studio Policies

Please carefully review the following policies before booking your appointment. By submitting your booking fee and scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment.

The $100 booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.

If you have previous permanent makeup on your brows, lips, or eyeliner, please contact D Brows Beauty and receive approval BEFORE booking.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Cash is preferred.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule, please email Demi@dbrowsbeauty.com as soon as possible. At least 3 days’ notice is preferred.

You may reschedule your appointment one time and must select a new appointment date within 48 hours of your rescheduling request.

If you reschedule more than once, a new $100 booking fee will be required.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to current availability. If service prices have changed, the current service price will apply to your new appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your appointment, please email Demi@dbrowsbeauty.com.

Cancellation of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $100 booking fee.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us in advance, you will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price and may not be eligible to book future appointments with D Brows Beauty.

ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is no need to arrive early because appointments may be scheduled back-to-back.

Please allow extra time for traffic, parking, and finding the studio.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee may be required to schedule another appointment.

PREGNANCY POLICY

Permanent makeup services will not be performed during pregnancy.

If you become pregnant after booking, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment after your pregnancy. Service prices are subject to change, and the current price at the time of your new appointment will apply.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Before-and-after photos and/or videos may be taken for treatment documentation and insurance purposes.

With appropriate consent, photos or videos may also be used for D Brows Beauty’s portfolio, website, Instagram, Facebook, or other marketing and advertising purposes.

NO GUESTS

To maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment, children, pets, and additional guests are not permitted in the studio.

Drivers may drop you off and pick you up or wait outside. A translator may accompany you when necessary.

NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of permanent makeup and beauty services, all services are non-refundable once performed.

D Brows Beauty makes every effort to provide high-quality results and client satisfaction. If you have concerns about your healed results, please contact us so we can discuss the appropriate options.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY

Brows • Lips • Eyeliner

If you have any previous permanent makeup or cosmetic tattoo performed by another artist, you must receive approval from D Brows Beauty before booking an appointment.

Not all previous permanent makeup can be successfully covered, corrected, or refreshed. In some cases, removal or additional fading may be recommended before a new treatment can be performed.

Please email clear, unfiltered photos with no makeup on the treatment area to:

Please take your photos in natural lighting and include:

1. A clear front-facing photo of your full face
2. A clear photo from the right side
3. A clear photo from the left side
4. A brief history of your previous permanent makeup, including approximately when it was done
5. A description of what you would like to change or achieve

IMPORTANT

Please do not book your appointment until your previous work has been reviewed and approved.

If you book an appointment without disclosing previous permanent makeup or without receiving approval, your appointment may be cancelled and your $100 booking fee will be forfeited.

If photos are submitted only after booking and D Brows Beauty determines that the previous work cannot safely or effectively be corrected or covered, the booking fee will remain non-refundable.
