* BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment. The booking fee is accounted towards your final total due in CASH on your appointment day. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. No exceptions, and no excuses. Please consult with me prior to booking if you have previous work to result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. The booking fee is non-transferable.

* PAYMENT: Your remaining balance will be due in CASH.

* RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email me at Demi.brows .phi @gmail.com with 3 days' notice if possible. You are given 48 hours to reschedule to a new date. Any more than 48 hours will result in another deposit. You are allowed to reschedule only once, any more will result in another deposit regardless if it is within 48 hours or not. You may have to wait until my next availability. Please check my availability beforehand.

* NO SHOWS: You will automatically be charged 50% of the service if you do not show up for your appointment. No exceptions, and no excuses. You will no longer be able to make a new appointment with me.

* CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel, please email Demi.brows.phi@gmail.com. Should you decide to cancel, this will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Rescheduling is always an option, however, my new current price will apply.

* PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Please be courteous to others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. I understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, however, it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service. No need to arrive early since appointments are back to back.

* PREGNANCY POLICY: The deposit can be transferred over to a new date after birth, however, prices are subject to change and will be reflected when a client decides to reschedule.

* LATE POLICY: Due to our tightly packed schedule, I ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive at your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please allow extra time for traffic and finding the location.

* PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by my insurance and may be posted on my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes.

* NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross-contamination. Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off and pick you up. Translators are allowed.

* NO REFUNDS: We do our best to ensure the complete satisfaction with service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we can talk about the options available

ANY PREVIOUS WORK FOR BROWS, LIPS OR EYELINER

If you have any previous work done by another artist, please email me photos before booking to ensure that I am able to cover up or correct your old tattoo. In most cases, not all old tattoos are fixable.

Please send three (3) clear photos of your full face and either brows, lips, or eyeliner with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting to: Demi.brows.phi @gmail.com for review.

IF YOU BOOK AN APPT WITHOUT SENDING PHOTOS FOR APPROVAL, YOUR APPT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU SEND PHOTOS AFTER BOOKING AND I CANNOT CORRECT/COVER UP, YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
